Manka Dhingra, the Democratic candidate for Washington State Senate District 45, won her special election on Nov. 7th, 2017. We sat down with Manka to discuss why she was inspired to run and the issues that she’ll fight for.

By winning this seat, Manka flipped Washington state — and the entire West Coast — blue. That will mean stronger resistance, cleaner air, and better laws for our country.
